cannot find where log out option is,have put my specs on! x

Of you see the 3 vertical dots on the right-hand side of these posts, that's what you're looking for on the main screen. Click on them and you can log out.

I've managed to change my user name but I still can't log out!

Hi - click on the circle pic as if you are going to change your username (check pinned post in this section) and you'll see 3 white dots in a vertical line on the top right of the G4 photo. Click on these and then click on "Log Out".
